Poland NAWA Summer Courses 2024

The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) invites international students to participate in the 2024 Poland NAWA Summer Courses, which will be held at various Polish universities.

The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) funds these programs for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as academic teachers. During the summer course, all accommodations and meals are provided for free. Participants will be responsible for their own travel expenses.

These summer courses will not only teach you about Poland’s history and culture, but they will also allow you to learn the language and culture while visiting the most popular tourist attractions and meeting Polish people. Participants from all over the world will share their experiences with Poland and the Polish language.

Who can apply?

Students and academic teachers from foreign universities.
Participants must speak Polish or English at least at the B1 level.
Foreign language teachers who teach Polish as a foreign language in foreign academic institutions.

The NAWA summer courses are available at six Polish universities. The list of courses and university names is provided below.

John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin: On-site course for students and academic lecturers in Lublin from July 1 to 28, 2024

Maria Curie-Skłodowska University: Offers an on-site course for students and academic lecturers in Lublin from July 6-26, 2024.

University of Wrocław: On-site course from July 7-27, 2024.

Adam Mickiewicz University: Offers an on-site course for students and academic lecturers in Poznań from July 22 to August 11, 2024.

University of Silesia: On-site course for students and academic professors at Cieszyn, on the Polish-Czech border, from August 1 to August 28, 2024.

The University of Łódź will host an intense summer NAWA remote course for students and academic lecturers from August 5 to 25, 2024.
