Popular Nigerian Comedian Finally Parted Ways With His Beautiful Wife.

Comedy is one of the best aspect of entertainment. It makes the worried cheerful, sad happy and the troubled relieved. One of the popular Comedian in Nigeria named Basketmouth has finally parted ways with his beautiful wife after a longer period in marriage.

Basketmouth got married to his wife in 2010 and it is about 12 years in their marriage now. On the faithful Thursday of 22nd December 2022. Basketmouth announced their divorce on social media as he made his words or statement known on Instagram.

Currently, it will be very difficult for us to tell what actually led to the separation of the two lovers. Both sides has not responded to any call from the various media houses to speak on the issue. It is quite clear that Basketmouth urge the general public to respect their privacy in this difficult moments as the two sides are going through.

In Basketmouth’s statement on social media, he made it clear that even though he has parted ways from his wife but the children belongs to them and they will employ all the needed mechanisms to cater and bring up their Children in other to fit well in the society and the nation at large. Basketmouth is currently about 44 years old.

“As much as it pains me to bring my personal life to the public space, this is an unavoidable situation.

After much deliberation, my wife and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage. As we move forward separately, we will continue to work together to give our beautiful children all the care, love, guidance and support they need. We humbly ask that you respect our privacy as we navigate through these times. ”

Bright Okpocha, better known by his stage name Basketmouth, is a Nigerian comedian and actor. He has organized popular stand-up comedy concerts like Basketmouth Uncensored across the globe.
