TTAG has praised president Nana Addo for restoring teacher trainee allowance despite the rampant delays in paying the allowance.

Visit to Jubilee House to show appreciation for Govt restoring teacher trainee allowance

The leaders of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) were at the Jubilee House on Thursday to express their utmost gratitude for the bold decision taken in their favour.

The TTAG’s commendation comes after President Akufo-Addo in 2017 reintroduced the teacher trainees allowance which was to be replaced with the student loans scheme by the then NDC led government by John Dramani Mahama.

The teacher trainees met the vice president Dr. Bawumia and said the restoration of the trainee allowance has been of immense help to many students.
