Dr Hardev Singh, Consultant Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement, Ujala Cygnus Central Hospital, Haldwani, Uttarakhand earlier spoke to IndiaToday.in that to avoid back pain, take a break every 1-2 hours to stretch the back and undergo some lumbar strength exercises as well.
