Sulemana who is said to come from Gambaga, North East district of Ghana, told BBC pidgin that in 2015/2016 he found that he was growing tall and individuals would continuously specify to him that he was growing tall.

He said; “I needed to go to driving school however when I sit in the vehicle, my knees block the driving wheel”.

The young fellow, who portrayed himself as the tallest man in Ghana, said that he could never again wear ordinary shoes and that he needed to go meet a shoemaker to gauge his legs and make custom shoes for him
