Silva Lady Resigns From Oman FM After 10 Years.
Host of Ye Ko Fie on Accra-based Oman 107.1 FM, Mavis Nana Ama Nhyira Mensah popularly known as Silva Lady has said goodbye to the station after 10 years of working with the media house.
In a Facebook post on 7th December, sighted by ghanaeducation.org, she made it clear that she is no longer working with Kencity Media. This brings an end to her almost 10 years of work with the media outfit.
It is immediately unknown where she is headed but it is believed that she would be focusing on her private businesses.

The good book says there is a time and a season for every activity on the earth. A time to begin and a time to end, and so the time to turn the page and walk the next chapter of my life is finally here and hence, I bring to an end my service as the DRIVE TIME HOST ON OMAN FM (KENCITY MEDIA).
All the glory to the Lord God Almighty for his protection during my 10years work experience with my employers.
Much appreciation to the management and stuff of Kencity Media Ltd, my Group Chairman, Hon KEN Agyapong , CEO – Mrs Stella Wilson Agyapong, Director of Radio -Wofa Kwabena Kwakye, Director of TV (Net 2 ) Mr. Kenneth Agyapong Jnr, Director of Programs – Dr. Moses Okine and the entire stuff for their support, direction, and love whiles with them.
It’s was an honour serving the good people of Ghana, listeners of YEKOFIE and my generation through the medium and I will continue to serve in any capacity whenever called upon.
I will surely alert my adorable and most cherished listeners and followers (THE SILVA FAMILY ) on any development this new chapter leads me.

Formerly a reporter at Kings Radio in the Ashanti Region, Silva Lady has been very passionate about the welfare of women and children over the years leading to the establishment of Silva Foundation, a Christian Non-Governmental Organization.
Silva Lady’s media journey began at Fox FM after completing the Institute of Business Management and Journalism (IBMJ).
