When the BECE is released, candidates will need to check their results online. This will demand that they get a valid result checker which is used solely by BECE candidates.

Once a candidate obtains this card, he or she must go to Ghana.Waecdirect.Org to access the results

 Below is the step-by-step guide to how to open BECE results with a checker in Ghana on www.Ghana.Waecdirect.Org
  1. Visit the result-checking portal https://ghana.waecdirect.org/
  2. When you visit the website, enter your Index Number.
  3. Select the Type of Examination (e.g. BECE)
  4. Select your Examination Year e.g. 2022.
  5. Enter the result checking-voucher Serial Number on your checker card.
  6. Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Voucher, eg. 012345678912.
  7. Confirm your Index Number and Examination Year. This is to ensure that your examination information is correct.
  8. Click on Submit and wait for the display in the pop-up window. This may take several minutes.
  9. Print your result

Note that your results will often not change. We are saying this before some students a few hours or days after checking their results hold the belief that their performance was not the best and that their result will change to what they expected it to be, hence they keep checking the result.
