The Study Abroad Conference 2021 is scheduled to be held on September 11, 2021, | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, GMT. It will bring together international universities and graduates seeking to study abroad.

According to the organizers, Best Grade Services, the programme will provide admission and scholarships to applicants and further share information on the opportunities out there.

During this live virtual events, Graduate Admissions representatives and Graduate students will discuss important tips & strategies as you prepare your application, and ultimately Scholarship opportunities available.

Some of the speakers at the event are students who join the previous editions and gained admission to study abroad. They include

Emmanuelle Afaribea D. is currently a PhD candidate in Statistics at the University of Oxford and a Rhodes Scholar. Her research is focused on the modelling of the spread of infectious diseases and the impact of control interventions.

She studied Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Ghana where she also worked as a teaching assistant. Emmanuelle is also co-founder of CIYZOE Eco Group, an organisation focused on promoting environmental sustainability through proper waste management. Aside from the environment and statistics, she is also passionate about empowering young people to live purposeful lives.

Benjamin Osafo Agyare is a first-year PhD student in the Statistics program at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He obtained his MS degree in Statistics & Data Science at the University of Nevada, Reno. Before that, he received his BS in Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah’ University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.

He is currently exploring the fields of Statistical Machine Learning, Computational Statistics, Probabilistic Graphical Models and Bayesian Analysis, with applications in public health.
