The first person to speak was the minority leader in Parliament, Honorable Ato Forson. According to Honorable Ato Forson, the minority in parliament will probe into the matter to know the secret behind the Akosombo Dam spillage.
After the words of Honorable Ato Forson, he handed over the microphone to the Party’s National Chairman, Honorable Johnson Aseidu Nketia. Honorable Aseidu addressed all the dignitaries gathered before speaking on the matter. According to Honorable Johnson Asiedu Nketia, he is very surprised that the Akosombo dam spillage has caused great havoc under the leadership of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo (the incumbent President of Ghana). Asiedu Nketia is of the view that he does not understand why the havoc has been so severe this year than in any other year.
