The Citi Fm Literacy Challenge for JHS students (Essay Competition) has been opened for entries. All Junior High School students in Ghana qualify to participate in the essay competition.
The grand prize for the competition is, GHS1000.00. The question to be answered is on communication and digitalization. Applicants are required to produce a 600-word essay.
The full question is, “You have been appointed as an advisor to the Minister of Communication and Digitalization. In not less than 600 words, you are required to write to the Minister, advising how Ghana can deploy technology for poverty reduction and national development.”
An interested student must submit a handwritten essay that has been endorsed by a parent or guardian. It must also come with full contact details.
