And how can we combat it when it becomes too much of a bad thing? Let’s take a look at what causes stress and some ways to deal with it.
What is stress?

If you have debt, are living paycheck to paycheck or are worried about long-term financial security, you might feel stressed about money.

You can talk to a friend, therapist or even a hotline.
