WAEC just published the list of the top 20 best-performing SHS in Ghana. The schools that made it to this top 20 list are some of the most preferred and oversubscribed schools during the school selection and placement of BECE candidates each year. However, if you think big and popular schools like Presec Legon, Achimota SHS, and Prempeh College are in the top three, then you must be deceiving yourself.

Strangely, these three schools are not even in the top ten. This means there are SHSs in Ghana that are not in the limelight.
