Universities opening 2024/2025 admissions: If you like just fail the 2024 WASSCE

Universities have started admissions by opening their admission portals for first-degree programmes. This is a wake-up call that must also motivate SHS3 candidates preparing for the 2024 WASSCE to study better and get ready to pass the WASSCE. For students in SHS3 who do not know that they are going to write a competitive examination with their colleagues around the country, this is a wake-up call.

Keep “sleeping” and remain unconcerned about the need to study and earn good grades if you want to fall behind your peers when the various universities announce admissions for WASSCE candidates.

The fact that the various universities have started opening 2024/2024 admissions indicates that they are also expecting you to apply. Students getting ready for the school-level WASSCE this year can apply to these universities as applicants awaiting results.

If you know you will not burn the midnight candle and excel in the WASSCE, do not waste the time, effort, and money to apply for admission.

For all WASSCE 2024 candidates in SHS3, the 2024–2025 university admissions represent the promised land. If you are not serious with your books or you are not committed to making good grades, you will see the promised land, but you will not enter any of the universities.

To gain admission to your preferred university, this is the time to “kill” yourself and work extra hard. As you read about UCC, UG, KNUST, UPSA, and other universities opening their portals, the news should inspire you to excel and be part of those to be admitted in 2024.

Nursing training schools, colleges of education, and all private universities are also announcing their admission portal openings soon.

Imagine yourself at these universities in less than a year, and work hard to make that positive dream a reality.

If you prefer, just fail the 2024 WASSCE. This is the time for all serious WASSCE 2024 candidates to be hungry for success at the WASSCE. Get ready and excel in the exam. Do not even imagine or think about the remedial school you will go to if you fail. That is a lazy mindset and a loser’s mind.

If you deserve to pass the WASSCE once and for all and have spent three years or two and a half years studying, you should be able to make the needed grades.

If you like, just keep messing up and failing the exam. You will appear dejected and miserable immediately after the release of the results and admissions from various universities. Some of the wrong choices you made while in school that contributed to your failure at the WASSCE will begin to play back in your mind.

In this post, I attempted to warn you, inspire you, and challenge you to keep your focus on passing the WASSCE and working at it. However, you can decide to let failure win and suffer ridicule, setbacks, and academic delay.

The pressure of seeing and hearing that your colleague has gained admission and is heading to university will overwhelm you while you are still at home after the release of university admissions. It is only then that you will remember this publication and wish you had taken my advice.
