University of Ghana to sack Level 200, 300 students with CGPA below 1.0
The University of Ghana Management has served notice that it will be sacking students in the College of Applied Sciences, the College of Education, and the College of Humanities with a CGPA below 1.0.
A notice from the school’s administration has ordered students to review their CGPA as soon as possible in order to advise themselves if they fall below the stipulated CGPA.
The school assured students who have already paid their fees but fall below the stated CGPA that their fees will be refunded as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, doors have been opened to any student with problems or inquiries to contact the school’s management.

Presently, the minimum CGPA prescribed for the above listed colleges is 1.00
In this respect, the minimum level 200 and level 300 students are hereby directed to review their academic performance from their online provisional transcript in their MISWeb. Students who have received examination results for all 2022/2023 registered courses and obtained a CGPA below the approved minimum for their college should expect official withdrawal letters from the University via their Official UG email addresses soon. For those who have already remitted their tuition fees for the 2023/2024 academic year, please be assured that a refund will be processed upon request.
