Video Evidence: Police Must Arrest These Volta Region Youths Crafting a Massive Speed Ramp on the Ho to Sogakope Highway

The Ghana Police in the Volta Region Must Arrest These Volta Region Youths Crafting a Massive Speed Ramp on the Ho to Sogakope Highway. Their actions, which are against the laws of the land and have caused nuisance on the road, must not go unpunished.
The exact location where this happened is Adidome Atsefo on the Ho to Sogakope Highway.
They have made the road not motorable in the name of creating a speed ramp on the road. They threatened to beat up drivers who confronted them.
Cars have found it difficult to succeed on the road, and this has made vehicle movement difficult. Most cars that try to pass through the section are either stuck or have the base of their cars deformed by the actions of the youth in the area.
A post sighted by the Ghana Education News team on Twitter shared a confrontation with the youth, who indicated they were not scared of anyone.
The leader of the youth engaged in the construction of the illegal ramp gave his name as Hostu and said that he was not scared of anyone.
Their action, which may be aimed at getting a speed ramp constructed to prevent accidents in the area, seems not to have been well thought out, and it is certainly not a government-sanctioned project. The Ghana Higher Authority is yet to respond to the video circulating; however, the Ghana Police needs to pick up these young men who have defied the laws and caused nuisance on the road to serve as a deterrent to like-minded people, while the local government and feeder roads need to take steps to respond to the distress call by the people in the area for speed ramps to curb avoidable accidents on the section of the road.
