WAEC to release 2021 BECE results in Feb – Education Minister.
The anxious wait for the release of the 2021 BECE results is nearly over. The Minister of Education, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum has disclosed that WAEC has confirm the release of the match awaited results by the end of February 2022.
This means the results Will be out within the next 21 days.
“For the release of the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) results, WAEC has assured the Ministry of Education (MoE) it will be out within this month (February),” the education Minister stated.
In a related development, the BECE 2021 candidates are expected to start their secondary education on 4th April after the release of the school placements.

Speaking on the school placement for candidates, he said the GES has improved upon the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).
This according to him will ensure the portal remains accessible and does not experience downtime during high traffic period when the students are checking school placements on online.
The release of the results will be followed by at least two months waiting period during which officers will work on the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) to help place candidates in their respective schools based on the raw scores.
“After (WAEC) has released the results online, we will take two or three months to work on the placement of the candidates before they later report to school on April 4, 2022,” Mr Opoku noted.
