Warnings on how to deliver KNUST Admission Acceptance Letter from KNUST Admission Board
The University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has released updates and procedures on how newly admitted students can deliver KNUST Admission Acceptance Letter the right way. The university has warned that, students who fail to follow laid down procedures will not have their letters processed.
How to deliver KNUST Admission Acceptance Letter the right
- According to the KNUST, all successful applicants should open their portal, confirm and print the Acceptance letter in their dashboards.
- After printing the admission letter, place your Acceptance Letter and the copies of the results slip in either a Special KNUST Envelope provided by Ghana Post OR any NEAT Envelope with your name and Programme Boldly written at the back.
- Cross-check the details to ensure they are all correct.
- Post the package to the DEPUTY REGISTRAR (ACADEMIC), KNUST.
Note that the university has indicated that any Acceptance Letter delivered by hand SHALL NOT be processed.
Before you post the letter, do your best to take a picture of the letter (Front and Back) and a video of it as well. This way, if the letter never gets to the KNUST and issues come up, you can provide the video and the pictures as evidence to keep your admission safe and secured.

If your admission acceptance letter is not received, the university may give your admission slot to other candidates who may be on the waiting list.
Note gain that KNUST has Released Undergraduate Admissions for the 2022/2023 Academic. If you applied for admission, log into your admission portal to check if you have gain admission and do what is necessary within the stipulated time.
