Watch how Akufo-Addo’s V8 convoys left Manhyia Palace

Take time and watch how President Akufo-Addo’s V8 convoys left Manhyia Palace.
For official and sometimes ceremonial events, the President of any country usually travels with a convoy, though the number of vehicles that go with it can vary.
In Ghana, President Akufo-Addo, like other presidents before him, is escorted by a number of vehicles, usually V8, to many official, and ceremonial events. When President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was seen leaving the palace of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II in his presidential vehicle while being followed by a convoy, it was a similar scene.
This happened after the President stopped by the Manhyia palace to show respect to the Asantehene during his tour of the area earlier this month.
After the President sat down and was ready to go, a line of black V8 cars lined up in front of the Manhyia Palace and drove away one after the other.
During his visit, President Akufo-Addo talked about illegal mining and how to deal with this “canker.”
On the other hand, the president has been criticized in the past for travelling around the country with a long group of cars.
