Following this, some Ghanaians have revealed that some unknown sim card numbers have been linked with their Ghana Cards without their consent.

If your Ghana Card is linked with some sim cards other than your own, visit any office of your telecommunications network. If you are an MTN user, simply visit any MTN office in Ghana with your Ghana Card. You willy be sorted out in less than 30 minutes.

HOW TO CHECK THE NUMBER OF SIM CARDS CONNECTED TO MY GHANA CARD

Step1: Enter short code *402*1#

Step 2: Choose Option 1 – CHECK SIMs

Step 3: You will be requested to enter your Ghana CARD ID (including the GHA)

Step 4: Enter your date of birth

Date of birth should be entered in the DD/MM/YYYY format example is as E.g 14121990 which is 14th December 1990., Do not write oe enter this way 12/12/1990/12-12-1990

When the system is under pressure and many people are checking, you may receive a message like (System Error Occurred. Please try again.)
