The Ministry of Education and WAEC has cautioned candidates against all forms of examination malpractices.
“The Council is advising candidates to be focused and be on the alert for the activities of “examination social media racketeers” whose primary aim is to make money through deception.
The Council further cautioned candidates not to involve themselves in any form of malpractice, such as bringing mobile phones and other foreign materials to the examination hall,
Again, they are to note that, should they involve in any form of collusion in the exam gall, it will be detected during marking. What this means is that if candidates decide to copy each other and share the answers, WAEC will be able to know and punish candidates accordingly.
