It is another year of spelling and the 2022 Junior Speller Registration has officially opened. Parents, schools, and teachers who want to enroll their wards in the various categories can now do that.
The long wait is over as Born Heroes Foundation opens this year’s spelling bee registration.

What are the categories for the 2022 Junior Speller?
This year’s ‘Junior Speller’ will still be in two categories to accommodate learners from basic school one to nine.
Benefits of the Junior Speller
Though we can mention a number of benefits derived from the junior speller, the founder of the Foundation, Victor Osei Nkansah has added that spellers are the smartest group of children among their peers.
His reasons are that being able to spell a word on stage is one of the most challenging tasks, and children who are bold enough to exhibit such skills should be commended.
He made this in an exclusive interview with the media at the finals of the 2021 junior speller held at the Accra city hall.
