2023 NovDec Registration Fees Out; How True Is This

The Fee schedule for 2023 private West African Examinations Council WAEC Ghana registration depends on the number of subjects to be registered. Candidates registering fewer subjects would be required to pay a lesser amount than those registering all the subjects. WAEC is yet to open the Portal for the 2023 NovDec registration.

HAS WAEC RELEASED THE FEES STRUCTURE FOR THE 2023 NOVDEC

For the past few days, there has been some fees samples on social media which shows the new charges for the upcoming NOVDEC examinations. Ghanaeducation.org cannot confirm whether these fees are true or false. This is because, WAEC has not released an official statement on the 2023 NovDec registration. The registration portal is also not opened.

Below is the unofficial fees structure for the 2023 NOVDEC. Candidates should make their budget using the fees below. It could be more or less.

6 or more subjects – GH¢742.33
5 subjects – GH¢708.42
4 subjects – GH¢672.56
3 subjects – GH¢632.25
2 subjects – GH¢607.58
1 subject – GH¢582.94

GH¢70.00 per subject for Practical Test

GH¢70.00 per subject for Project Work

GH¢70.00 per subject for Project Work

GH¢60.00 per subject for Oral (English, Arabic, and French)

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 2023 NOVDEC

1. Candidates are required to scan their fingerprints. This can be done in a local internet cafe
2. Visit the NOVDEC registration website(waecgh.org) using a web browser, preferably Google Chrome
3. Choose the WASSCE for Private Candidates option
4. Click on START REGISTRATION HERE
5. Complete required security information data like password, security questions, etc.
6. Fill in your personal information
7. Upload your picture
8. Get your signature and upload it online
9. Select your preferred Region and Centre for the examination
10. Select the subject(s) you intend to write
11. Print your voucher and send it to any of the official banks for NOVDEC registration payments.
12. Pay the appropriate fees at the bank
13. You will use your PIN/Invoice Number to access your Index Number and Admission.

Note:

• The scanned photograph have dimensions of 160px (width) and 200px (height)
• The scanned signature should have dimensions of 250px (width) and 150px (height)
• On completion of the Registration, Click on the Preview Button to review your form
• Click on the Submit button, the system will complete the
• Registration process and generate an Invoice showing amount due
• You are required to print this invoice and take it to the bank for payment.
