The 2024 NovDec (WASSCE Private) registration has officially begun. All candidates can now visit WAEC’s website and register for the exams
The WASSCE for Private Candidates will be conducted from Friday, 25th October, to Wednesday, 18th December, 2024. The registration portal was openrd from Tuesday, 2nd April to Friday, 30th August, 2024. Fees payable for this examination depends on the number of subjects a candidate registers to write.

This examination is available to students in remedial schools, candidates who may want to better their grades after writing the WASSCE for school candidates or workers who may need a pass in one subject or another for personal development. Steps to Register
1. Firstly, you will need to LOGIN into the portal. Click here to log in.
Begin registration by creating a profile with a valid email and password. This will be your login for future sessions. Once logged in, proceed to the Registration Page.
2. Enter your surname first, followed by other names. Provide personal details: Name, Date of Birth, Region, Email Address, Postal Address, and Disability. Ensure your name is within 40 characters and postal address within 60 characters, including spaces.
3. Select your preferred exam region and center. Choose up to 8 subjects. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph and signature. Image dimensions: Photograph (160×200 pixels), Signature (250×150 pixels).
4. Review your form by clicking the Preview Button. After ensuring accuracy, submit the form. An invoice will be generated for payment at the bank.

Provision for Candidates with Special Educational Needs
In line with its commitment to inclusivity, WAEC has implemented measures to accommodate candidates with special educational needs. Schools and relevant authorities are urged to submit requests for access arrangements for such candidates, along with accompanying medical reports, within the stipulated registration period. Timely submission of these requests is imperative, as the Council will need sufficient time to make appropriate test accommodation arrangements
