2. (a) Imagine you are working on a report about socio-economic trends in West Africa. Your focus is on Ghana, where you have observed rapid population changes. What are four underlying causes you might identify for the increasing number of people in the country? Discuss. (16 marks)
[b] Write four effects of ‘rural-urban drift’ on the cities of Ghana. (4 marks)

SECTION II
Answer one question in this section

3. a. You are the advisor to the Ministry of Tourism in Ghana. During a strategy meeting, the Minister asked you to identify and explain four major problems currently facing the industry in the country. How would you respond to address these concerns effectively? (12 marks)

b. In four sentences, outline measures that can be taken to develop the people who make up the workforce of an organization, industry, or Ghana. (8 marks)
