20th Japan-Ghana Yosakoi Festival: Labone SHS Triumphs
Labone Senior High School emerged victorious at the 20th Japan-Ghana Yosakoi Festival, held at the Ghana Police Service Social Fitness Centre in Accra. The Greater Accra-based school showcased an impressive Yosakoi Dance performance, leaving other schools like St. Peter’s Senior High School, St. Roses Senior High School, and St. Dominic’s Senior High School in awe.

The event, graced by distinguished guests such as Japanese Ambassador to Ghana Mochizuki Hisanobu and renowned Ghanaian Highlife songstress Akosua Agyepong, featured the electrifying Japanese Reggae sensation CJ Joe, who captivated the audience with scintillating performances.

In a notable addition, the Ghana Jiu Jitsu Federation and the Ghana Karate Federation participated in the festival for the first time, showcasing the growing diversity of talents.
