The management and leadership of the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) have scheduled its 34th Congregation for 30th November.
The university has extended a hand of friendship to the general public and well-wishers to celebrate the grand congregation of the university and its graduating students on that day.

The university has also provided a detailed dress guide for its graduands to ensure that everyone is dressed appropriately for this grand graduation event.
What is the GCTU Dress Guide for the 34th Congregation?
The university has extended a warm invitation to the entire university community to join in celebrating the academic achievements of the graduating students for the year 2024.

All students who are graduating on the day are to follow the above dress guide. This applies to all prospective graduates in the undergraduate category.
In announcing the dress rehearsal for its students, the university added: “This event is a culmination of the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our graduates, and it promises to be a day filled with pride, joy, and memorable experiences.”
It further encouraged all faculty members, staff, students, alumni, and friends of the university to come together to show their support for the graduating class of 2024.

In a related development, graduating students are to follow strictly laid-down protocols for picking up their graduation gowns as well as protocols for ensuring their safety and return after the graduation.
The university will apply laid-down sanctions where students damage or misplace any of the items supplied for the graduation.
