Pray For Me And The NDC So That We Can Win Power- Mahama
The former President, John Dramani Mahama, has requested that Ghanaians pray for himself and the National Democratic Congress so that they can win power in the 2024 elections. He made this comment at the Ho Jubilee Park where members of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church converged for their 175th thanksgiving service.
According to Mahama, the economy had become very hard and it has affected the church members’ pay for offerings.
“We must always spread Christian love, especially in this time when money does not like noise. I mean, we could tell the hardship in the system from the appeal of funds. I mean when it was GHc 2000, only a few came to donate and it came to 1000, then 500, 200, 100… And when it came to the silver collection, GHc 1 and GHc 2, see how the place was full. It shows that the pocket is not too good. But we appreciate that.
“After we pray for Pakistan, the moderator should also pray for me and for the NDC so that in some years coming, luck will smile on us. And give us the power to come and rescue this country from the suffering we are going through.”, Mahama said
