2. The Ironing Board: In 1892, Sarah Boone, a Black inventor, patented an ironing board that featured an improved design that made ironing clothes easier and more efficient. Her invention is still in use today and has been an essential household item for over a century.

3. The Super Soaker: In 1989, Lonnie Johnson, a Black inventor and engineer, invented the Super Soaker, a high-powered water gun that has become a popular toy for children and adults alike.
