Ghana Education News|August 202| 2021 WASSCE Leakage: We’re monitoring you, Africa Education Watch tells WAEC.

Following the ongoing 2021 WASSCE, Education Think Tank – Africa Education Watch claims it is monitoring the international examination being conducted by the West African Examinations Council. The monitoring is being done with the assistance of OXFAM.

2021 WASSCE Leakage reported so far by Africa Education Watch

The notice to WAEC came after the Africa Education Watch reported to the Examinations Council on Friday, August 20, 2021, the leakage of Food and Nutrition Paper 3, which was set to be administered on Friday at 1:30 PM.

The Executive Director of EduWatch reported on social media, “Food and Nutrition Paper 3, which was scheduled for 1:30 PM, was leaked on social media at 6:00 am and 11:06 AM Friday,”

“We reported to West African Examinations Council (WAEC) at 11:10 AM, and can now confirm it is indeed a genuine leak. The paper is just starting at the Centres,” Mr Kofi Asare said in the post.

Mr. Asare claims that his organization is closely monitoring the conduct of this year’s West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) with the assistance of OXFAM in order to improve accountability in the Education Assessment Sector.
