A reputable organisation in Accra wishes to recruit for the following position: Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
• To assist the organisation to run smoothly, taking care of all administrative and organisational tasks
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing and collating reports organizing and servicing meetings
Qualification Required & Experience
• A first degree or higher national diploma from a reputable university with 5 years working experience
• Applicant must be between 28 – 35 years
• Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Application and use of the internet
