Ablakwa provides update on ‘National Cathedral Scandals’, Rev Kusi Boateng case

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, has updated Ghanaians on his exposés and ongoing petition and suits against Rev Victor Kusi Boateng, the secretary to the Board of Trustee of the National Cathedral of Ghana project.
In a Facebook post shared on April 13, 2023, Ablakwa revealed that the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) is investigating his conflict-of-interest petition against Rev Kusi Boateng and has requested additional documents which he has provided.
Ablakwa also stated that the contempt suit filed against him by the secretary will be heard in May 2023.
In his post, Ablakwa also promised fresh exposés on the National Cathedral project in the coming days. It would be recalled that his previous exposé suggested impropriety on the part of Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng, who was accused of operating under the pseudonym Kwabena Adu Gyamfi.
Investigations led to the discovery of one Kwabena Adu Gyamfi as a director of JNS Talent Centre Limited, which was paid GH¢2.6 million. The Member of Parliament later confirmed that Kwabena Adu Gyamfi was the same as Rev. Kusi Boateng.
Ghanaians are eagerly awaiting Ablakwa’s next exposés on the National Cathedral project. Meanwhile, the investigations and court cases against Rev. Kusi Boateng continue, and the public remains vigilant for updates.
