The core reason for providing this resource is to assist schools, teachers, parents, and students to start monitoring Mock performances ahead of the BECE. The final results provided by the BECE Mock and Student Performance Monitoring system will help to make informed school choices for candidates, in the long run, using their raw scores averages obtained at the end of their final mock examination.
The Mock Performance Monitoring System is structured for recording the raw scores of students for up to five mocks.
Each recorded raw score generates the student’s grade obtained for each subject, as well as the total raw score from the four core subjects and any best two electives. Note that the raw scores for the best two elective subjects would have to be entered manually to complete the entry for each student.
Each time you click on a mock, you get to open the mock to make entries.
Ensure that you enter the data into each mock from 1 to 5. Where there are fewer mocks, the end-of-term examination can be entered. The buttons on the home page when clicked send the user to the right page for data entry or analysis purposes.
On the summary page. The only information that needed to be entered in the number of mocks written. If the first mock is written, enter 1 in place of the zero(0). When the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5 mocks are written change the number of mocks on the summary page before you enter the scores for the mock.
- Enable micro at the top of the home page by clicking on the yellow inscription [ENABLE CONTENT] to be able to make inputs and access data.
- The first place to enter important data is the student name section in the mock 1 datasheet.
- After this, go to the summary page and enter the mock number.
- Save the data then start making the necessary entries.
- When data is entered for all subjects per mock, enter the raw scores for the best two elective subjects for the mock and save the data.
