Now the question whether we can use temporary license to register or not. Yes it’s allowed to use temporary driver’s license to sign up, pending on when the original is available.
To sign up with E-hailing company here in Ghana, below are few things you need to know.
- Have to be a qualified driver with license, (temporary driver’s license is acceptable.)
It’s a proof from vehicle inspection office (D.V.L.A) ascertaining that you can drive. - Have a prior knowledge of the vicinity/city
This is really important as you may meet riders who are visiting the city and are unable to:
- Put the proper pick up location on the application.

- Haver a proper knowledge on how to use google Maps
The map is your friend. Your ability to use the map reduces the stress of stopping and asking for directions.
