The release of postings of trained teachers has been in the news in recent times. Failure of the GES to post teachers as promised by the Minister of Education has led to teacher agitations.
Education Minister, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh says hopefully this week will bring to finality the delayed and much-unticipated posting of Newly Trained Teachers from 2017, 2018 & 2019 batch who completed various colleges of education and have fulfilled all requirements to be posted.
He revealed this on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo. He said the Ghana Education Service in charge of postings will soon come out to announce the release of postings of 2017, 2018 & 2019 recruited staff.

Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh speaking on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo show monitored by GhanaEducation.Org said the management of the Education Service will release the postings to shame critics and naysayers.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) earlier in a statement said it has as of now not been able to publish the postings of 2017, 2018, and 2019 recruited Colleges of Education (CoE) graduates amid some technical challenges.
