Fransisca Oteng Mensah is the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Kwabre East constituency and the daughter of Dr. Kwaku Oteng.

She is Ghana’s fourth republic’s youngest parliamentarian. Mensah is in his third year of law at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Her father was said to have financially supported her during her election campaign.
