Fufu should not be eaten after 4 o’clock in the afternoon, according to Dr. Ibrahim Osman, a Doctor who specializes in the field of dietetics.
According to Dr. Osman, fufu requires a lot of time to digest, and as a result, it should be eaten earlier in the day before going to bed.
Dr. Osman suggested eating something light before going to bed, as he said in an interview with Daakyehene Ofosu Agyeman that aired on TV XYZ under the title “My Lawyer, My Counselor” for the show.

“It is a bad practice to eat heavy food as breakfast since the intestines close during sleeping hours and opens slowly,” he said.
Dr. Osman suggested that patients have heavy meals for their afternoon meals since this kind of food digests more quickly at this time of day.
He encouraged everyone to prevent junk food and instead eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables.
