Education-News Consult, an educational news and information portal, has halted the sale of 2023 BECE result checker cards to the general public due to its inability to serve all its readers and customers who purchased the cards through its online payment system.
Some of those who bought the checkers but have yet to receive them have received their refunds through Paystack’s QuickPay system. However, Paystack has informed Education-News that all payments made by unserved clients will be available to the company on Monday, November 13, 2023. This is because Paystack takes two working days to process payments to businesses like Education-News Consult in Ghana.
As a result, Education-News Consult will refund 2023 BECE Result Checker Payments to all pending unserved customers on Monday, November 13, 2023. The company hopes that its engagement with its partners on this issue will lead to an earlier refund.
Education-News Consult apologizes for any inconvenience this challenge may have caused its customers and readers.
In addition to the above, Education-News Consult has explained that the inability to serve all its readers and customers who purchased 2023 BECE result checker cards through its online payment system was due to a number of factors, including:
- High demand for the cards, which exceeded the company supplies.
- Inability to restock quickly due to technical and other challenges
- Technical challenges with the online processing system.
- Delays in processing payments by FinTech firms to help restock and serve clients
Education-News Consult has taken steps to address these challenges, including:
- Halting further sales to deal with current challenges
- Upgrading the online payment system to improve its performance and reliability.
- Working with its stakeholder FinTec firm to expedite the processing of payments and refunds.
The company is committed to providing its customers and readers with the best possible service and experience. It regrets any inconvenience the recent difficulties may have caused and is making every effort to ensure that all unserved customers receive refunds as soon as possible.
Education-News Consult also encourages customers and readers to follow its social media pages and website for updates on the refund process and other important announcements.
