F9 Students Are Running The Country And The A1s Are Sitting At The Bench – Nana Yaa Jantuah

The general secretary of the Conventions People’s Party(CPP), Nana Yaa Jantuah has stated that the current economy is being run by F9 students.

She made this statement while speaking in a discussion interview on Utv on Wednesday. According to her, the government has failed to solicit ideas from other parties to help them govern this country. She clearly revealed that there are more persons in the country who have better knowledge in managing the country but this government has ignored them. She described such persons as individuals who are grade A1 students

“F9 students are running the country and the A1s are sitting at the bench” she said

She continued and revealed a Minister in the NDC administration once solicited the ideas of an opposition former MP.

According to her, she will grade this current leadership of the economy with grade F9. She believes that Akufo Addo led government have failed woefully.

Nana Jaa Jantuah is not the first person to criticise this government. Even members of the leading NPP government believe that there are certain sectors of the economy that could have been managed well by the government.

The Akufo Addo-led government has tagged most of the country’s hardships on the outbreak of Covid-19 and also the war between Russia and Ukraine. Ghana is not the only ‘suffering’ countries as most major economies have seen a fall in their GDP growth.
