GES Announces Vacancies For SHS Assistant Heads Position In The Northern Region

Ghana Education Service(GES) has announced vacancies for the position of an assistant headmaster or headmistress in senior high schools in the Northern Region

The vacancies exist for the position of Assistant Headmaster/Headmistress in some Senior High Technical Schools in the Northern Region. Applications are invited from suitably qualified professional teachers for consideration for appointment.

APPLICANTS MUST STRICTLY SATISFY THE FOLLOWING:

• Must be a serving teacher.
• Must be on the grade of an Assistant Director I or above
• Strong Leadership and Administrative skills
• Proficiency in the relevant educational technology and management systems.

• In addition to the above, applicant must have a satisfactory conduct and work history with the Ghana Education Service.
• Applicant must be ready to accept appointment and postings to any school within the Region where vacancy may exist for Assistant Head.

The completed application forms must reach the Regional Education Office, through the Metro/Municipal/District Education Offices not later than Thursday, 14th September, 2023.
