Sarkodie is one of the Ghanaian musicians who dress in a business-like way. In interviews, some of his music videos, and most of his pictures online, Sarkodie is always wearing suits.

In an interview with Paul Adom Otchere, Shatta Wale said that the rapper’s clothes were too business-like for his music. Shatta Wale says that in Ghana, the sun is too hot for such clothes.
The Banda hitmaker chuckles when he sees Sarkodie in a suit or Kaftan since artists don’t require such things.

Shatta Wale says that musicians should only wear jewelry, sneakers, designer shirts, and jeans like the Nigerian musician Davido.
He stated Sarkodie should have become a lawyer because of how he dressed. Because of the way he dresses, he doesn’t look like a musician at all.
