Applicant must be a resident of Kwabenya, Madina, Atomic Junction, Dome, or any town closer. Persons staying far from Kwabenya should not apply.
An experienced teacher who is ready to impart knowledge to learners in Basic 3,4 and 5.
Should be all round and a motivator who is ready to help learners to improve academically.
Main duties of the Home Tutor
- Work with pupils to improve their skills in certain subjects.
- Prepare lessons, and assign and correct homework.
- Prepare and correct tests.
- Evaluate student’s progress and discuss the results with students and/or their parents.
- Identify students’ individual learning needs and come out with plans to mitigate and solve challenges
- Home tutors provide one-on-one home lessons
- Help students to better understand and complete their assignments, and also provide a general understanding of the school curriculum better for the student in a more simple form.
- Play the role of the school teacher at home for the learners.
- Teachers who teach Basic 4,5 and 6 are encouraged to apply.
