Afua Asantewaa O. Aduonum, Founder of Ghana Outstanding Women’s Awards (GOWA) who doubles as Journalist and Entrepreneur has disclosed her deep love for the late High-life and Dancehall singer, Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng Popularly known as Ebony.
Sensational Afua Asantewaa O. Aduonum who is set to embark on attempt of breaking longest singing marathon later this year revealed her admiration to the late singer Ebony who passed away through a glory accident in the year 2018.

Afua Asantewaa O. Aduonum speaking with Roselyn Felli on Joy Prime TV earlier today expresses her adoration for Ebony because of her passion and dedication for music.
The love, dedication and commitment she witnessed from Ebony encourage her to sound like the late music star.
She disclosed this when the host, Roselyn Felli asked her who she had loved to see at the venue of her performance.
“She’s no more, Ebony. I loved her passion for music… She loved music and I could easily resonate with her. I remember I used to tell my husband during her performances that ‘I could do exactly what she is doing.’ But it is just unfortunate that I was an entrepreneur, and you know in those positions you can’t do certain things.”
”And she just made it easier for me. You could feel that she had a free spirit regardless of whatever she was going through,” she said
Her application has been accepted by Guinness Book of Records successfully, and she is expected to sing for 117 hours in order to break Indian Sunil Waghmare who sang for 105 hours in 2012.
After Afua Asantewaa declaration attempt to break the Guinness record for longest singing marathon, she has been hosted by many Media personalities in the country.
The singing marathon is scheduled on 24th December to 27th December of this year.
Earlier today, the management of Despite Media donates an undisclosed amount of money to Afua Asantewaa in support of the popular Guinness World record Singathon attempt.
Also, the media group has also promised to take live coverage of the singathon show that will be held at the Akwaaba Village Airport
