Job Purpose For Marketing Officer
• The Marketing Manager shall be the Head of the Marketing Department and shall be responsible for the planning, management and execution of all marketing initiatives and the day-to-day marketing functions of the bank
Job Description
• Will be required to set up the Marketing Department
• Responsible for the planning, management and execution of all marketing initiatives and the day-to-day marketing functions of the bank
• The successful applicant shall lead the team to develop and implement a marketing programme that will be in alignment with the overall bank’s strategic objectives set
• Direct, supervise and coordinate the marketing staff
• Collaborate with the management team headed by the CEO to develop targeted marketing activities that will assist in the achievement of brand/agency goals
• You will facilitate, lead and manage new product development processes to come up with attractive, suitable and market responsive product for the bank
• Review the performance of the bank’s products and service on monthly basis
• Execute targeted marketing campaigns, including development and coordination of advertising (traditional and digital), agency signage’s and website content
• Assure all forms of advertising meet compliance requirement and marketing standards
• Ensure the bank’s website content is updated with relevant and up-to-date resources and information to help customers and the general public with their financial needs
• Conduct periodic market surveys to assess consumer taste and general market dynamics
• Conduct regular feedback exercises to monitor customer satisfaction and ongoing service quality
• Monitor and co-ordinate staff participation in local events ni a manner that will enhance credibility of the bank
Qualification Required & Experience
• First Degree in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or related field or acceptable professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB?, CIMA etc. Masters Degree in a related field is an added advantage
• The preferred candidate should have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a marketer or in a related field
• Age Limit: 25-40 years

Job Purpose for Credit Officers
• The Credit Officer shall be responsible for preparing loan applications, evaluating clients financial information and calculating risk ratios
• To be successful in this role, the applicant should have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience
Responsibilities
• Review loan requests
• Assess clients financial status to evaluate creditworthiness and risks
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
• Analyse risks and approval or reject loan requests
• Calculate financial ratio (e.g Credit sources and interest rates)
• Maintain updated records of loan applications and set up payment plans for customers
• Follow up with client for loan renewals
• Monitor progress of existing loans and prepare monthly report for management
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports regarding key credit manager
• Prepare monthly credit report, submit all loans report to Credit Reference Bureaus and register all securities with the collateral registry
• Carry out regular credit facility reviews to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of the credit department
• Monitor all loans and report on early warning signs to the Credit Manager.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in any of the following: Accounting, Economics, Finance and Agric or acceptable professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA
• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills and customer service experience
Required Skills / Attributes
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good planning, quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Good understanding of IFRS9 credit impairment models
• Good knowledge of the T24 banking application software
Job Description for Office Clerk/Secretary
• Daily passing of voucher and writing of registers
• Provide clerical support for effective and efficient operations of the Bank
• Handle customers financial transaction
• Handle customers enquiries and complaints
• Educate customers on the banks product and services
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Manager and/or the Agency Accountant.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in Accounting, Economics, Banking, Finance or acceptable professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA
• Microsoft excel as an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience of with one year as a clerk or teller of a bank
• Must have a good knowledge of the T24 banking application software
