Role Purpose For The Solutions Sales Architect – SME At Vodafone Ghana
The objective of the role is to collaborate with the sales team and build a sales pipeline of 4x annual sales quota and following up on sales prospect leads, including ensuring delivery of customers’ orders with various stakeholders within the business.

Role Responsibility
• Act as the senior connectivity design lead for all sales opportunities.
• Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues alike
• Maintain and develop the required technical knowledge by attending relevant meetings, workshops, and events
• Bespoke BID support (RFI, RFP etc)
• Bespoke technical requests and support
• Design End to End technical solutions to meet customer’s requirements
• Manage End to End the delivery of customers’ orders in WIP
Technical / Professional Qualification
• 4-year Degree in IT or Engineering related field (essential).
• 5-10 Years relevant experience in IT or Engineering (essential)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good Verbal/written communications
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the following:
•Industry certification e.g. Cisco (CCNA/CCDA and above), CISSP or similar (preferred).
•In-depth knowledge of various technology architecture domains and convergence (preferred).
•Visio knowledge for solution designs
