JUST IN: WAEC Releases 2023 WASSCE Results

WAEC releases 2023 WASSCE results after postponing it from last Thursday to today, 18th December 2023. The 2023 WASSCE results have been released finally and candidates can check their results now.

According to WAEC, Ghana, a total number of 4448,674 candidates sat for the examination. Out of that, 212,453 were males and 236,221 females from 975 senior high schools.

3,404 candidates were absent from the examination.

Before you can proceed to check your WASSCE results, you need to purchase a voucher. Follow the steps below on how to purchase a voucher card;

Steps To Buy A Voucher

1. Head to this website (Click Here)

2. Enter the amount of checkers you want to purchase.

3. Proceed to enter your full name, email and phone number.

4. Click on ‘review and pay’

5. Glance through your details to avoid mistakes

6. Proceed to pay the amount allocated

7. A pop-up menu will appear, select ‘More payment options’

8. Click on ‘pay with Mobile Money’

9. Enter the number you intend paying with and choose the service provider

10. A pop-up would appear on your phone

11. Proceed to enter your PIN and confirm the transaction.

12. You would receive your checker via SMS or email

Follow the steps below to check your WASSCE results;

1. Log on to the official WASSCE results checker website (https://ghana.waecdirect.org/)

2. Proceed to enter your Index number

3. Select the Type of examination (choose WASSCE, School)

4. Select your examination year (choose 2023)

5. Enter the serial number and PIN on the purchased voucher

6. Confirm your Index Number and your examination year.

7. Click on submit and wait for a few seconds for your results to be displayed.
