These Terms of Service Agreement may be changed from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and your use of this Web Site after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use and all of the changes.

For Tutors

Excellent Home Classes does not automatically accept all tutor applicants.

We require a prospective tutor to be at least 18 years old, hold a minimum of certificate/diploma, and must confirm their eligibility to perform private tutoring by providing relevant tutoring experiences.

Tutors are expected to provide accurate personal information at all times.

Excellent Home Classes will not tolerate tutors misleading clients with fake credentials or fake personal information.

All posted content, whether publicly or privately submitted, is the sole responsibility of the tutor.

Excellent Home Classes does not take responsibility for the origin of this content.

At the point of registration, you have to be in possession of all the original copies of your qualifications as stated in your profile.

You will need to present them to us and the client at any time for verification purposes.

Before your first tuition lesson with our client, you are required to submit your qualifications by scan and email or snapshot and Whatsapp to our coordinator.

Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your tuition assignment.

Tutors are not allowed to negotiate or collect any form of payment from the student or parent.

Tutors are required to provide a trial lesson (also known as intro –class) after which the client will confirm their approval.

Tutors are required to fill and submit tutoring timesheets appropriately.

Tutors will conduct teaching at the student’s residence unless specified and agreed upon by both client and tutor.

If at any time the client is not satisfied with the tutor, the client may request a replacement. However, sessions already taken will be paid appropriately.

Tutors are expected to design a syllabus to monitor changes and to update teaching subject regularly.

• Physical contact with a student is not allowed.
• Always deliver a full session.
• No verbal abuse is allowed.
• No vulgarity is allowed.
• No lateness is allowed.
• Always be punctual and committed to your sessions.
• No dressing code needed but always look professional.

Tutors must communicate regularly with parents to keep them updated on progress.

The parent/student may cancel lessons by giving at least 24 hours prior notice to the Tutor.

If sessions are cancelled on the part of the tutor, a makeup session must be arranged by the Tutor.

Lessons may be rescheduled per the convenience of both parties.

Any loss to the client’s property i.e tuition place, books of the child, stationery and other stuff by the tutor is highly discouraged and the tutor would have to pay the losses in any such cases.

We shall protect our tutors’ interests within our limitations. However, we will not be held responsible for any unaccepted behaviours.
