Maths and Science Teacher needed for 2023 BECE candidate

We need a dedicated teacher who has vast experience in preparing BECE candidates for the BECE in Maths and Integrated Science.

The teacher must be able to teach both subjects and prepare the candidate for good results at the BECE.

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated teacher to prepare a BECE candidate in both Mathematics and Integrated Science for the 2023 BECE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching these subjects and a passion for helping students excel in their exams. This is a temporary position with a focus on intensive exam preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive study plan and curriculum for BECE Math and Integrated Science.
• Teach and explain key concepts, theories, and problem-solving techniques to the student.
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to the student’s needs and learning style.
• Administer regular assessments and mock exams to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the student to enhance their understanding and performance.
• Help the student develop effective study habits, time management skills, and exam strategies.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure consistent support and monitor the student’s progress.
• Stay updated with the BECE syllabus, exam format, and any changes in the curriculum.

Requirements: Maths and Science Teacher needed for 2023 BECE candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching Math and Integrated Science at the BECE level.
• Strong knowledge of the BECE syllabus and exam requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic success.
• Patience, adaptability, and a student-centered approach.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
