The leadership of the National Schools Inspectorate Authority (NaSIA) and Ministry of Education on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, signed a KPI Performance Agreements during a breakfast meeting.
Dr. Haggar Hilda Ampadu, the Executive Director of (NaSIA) was at the event organized by the Ministry of Education led by Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum.
The meeting was attended by all agency Heads working with the Ministry of Education.
In a post by NaSIA sighted by Ghanaeducation.org, the Authority said the new Performance Agreement hinged on the delivery of School Supervision, a School Inspection System, and School Licensing.

Earlier in the week, NaSIA reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring corporal punishment is not entertained in Pre-tertiary education institutions. It informed heads of schools and proprietors to desist from old-fashioned corporal punishment malpractice.
“Please take note that such practices are considered an offense under the corporal punishment policy prescribed by the Ministry of Education, which has been adopted by the National Schools Inspectorate Authority,” it stakeholders.
