In a related development, comments by the that teachers are to continue teaching students at the JHS using the old curriculum was tagged as fake by the GES on its Facebook portal. The Coalition of Concerned Teachers Ghana (CCT-GH) was said to have made pronouncements to the effect that the Ghana Education Service had directed that schools should revert to the old curriculum instead of the new one.
However, the statement by the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES) seems to confirm the CCT-GH comment which was carried in a new item by Ghanaweb.
