List Of Fully-Funded Scholarships In Portugal Without IELTS
Below, you will find a full list of fully-funded scholarships in Portugal without IELTS. These scholarships are available to international students (BS, Ph.D., Ms degrees).
1. University of Coimbra Scholarships: This university accepts international students to all kinds of programmes. The acceptance rate as of 2023 is estimated to be at 45%. Also, you would have to pay an application fee of 50 Euros (630 Ghana Cedis)

Click Here! 2. University of Porto Scholarships: This is one of the Portugal scholarships that I will recommend to all international students. The acceptance rate is extremely high. The application fee for this scholarship is 50 Euros (630 Ghana Cedis)
3. FCT (Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia) Scholarships: This scholarship is offered to Ph.D. students only. There is no application fee for this scholarship.
These scholarships will help international students study in Portugal without IELTS. Although these universities will not require an IELTS, but in application for your Portugal study permit, it might be needed (or even Duolingo)
